Project Management
This work package is critical to ensure that the clinical trial is conducted and executed successfully on time and within budget. It involves setting up trial oversight committees and bodies such as the Trial Steering Committee (TSC) and the Data and Safety Monitoring Committee (DSMC). It also involves value processes such as having a data management plan, safeguarding the rights and freedom of research participants and preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for study-related activities. Project meetings and trainings are also key elements to successfully manage the project.
